On the 21.10.2019, The power switched off, I called the City of Cape Town, I was told they are unable to assist ant that I should get an electrician, which I did. Ultimate Tradesman responded promptly, restored the power but temporally, he charged me R5450.00 to replace the DB box which he said he will do the following morning. I paid the amount in full, they never came back. When I call, I hear different stories and promises. This is so frustrating.
