Old stock being sold on Takealot
Have been a happy customer for a few years from Tyrewide. But recently bought a car tyre via Takealot which Tyrewide is the seller. Received the tyre, on inspection I saw the tyre is 5years old. Shocking. To think one buys a new tyre to receive old stock.

tyrewide????RUN!!!!!
Ordered tyres online , everything went well till 2 days later they called me telling they only have 2 tyres available, and offered that I get 2 different tyres, wich I refused. Asked for a refund and now there is NO responce..NO email.. NO phone..NO human to help you on whatsapp and NO service. planning on visiting their adress to resolve this ghosting issue, unless someone replies

Ordered tyres online , everything went well till 2 days later they called me telling they only have 2 tyres available, and offered that I get 2 different tyres, wich I refused. Asked for a refund and now there is NO responce..NO email.. Tyrewide Good Company to deal with but Communication lacks
Purchased Tyres from this Company Online . Was skeptical at first because i have not interacted with this Company before. I was presently surprised when my tyres were delivered a few days later.The reason for my 3 stars is because Communication from this Company lacks big time , otherwise You would have got the full 5 stars. The ONLY communication You receive is when You order and Your order details with order number is emailed to You. There are only 2 options to communicate with Tyrewide , email and WhatsApp . Unfortunately both goes unanswered. I used both communication channels to query when order will be delivered , unfortunately no response from both channels. Then the other issue is that the Courier arrives at your premises unannounced , like in my case , i was not at home , so they had to re-schedule. No Communication from Tyrewide to inform details regarding delivery. If Tyrewide can get their Communication channels sorted out , then this Company tick all the boxes

Order never arrived
I placed an order last week Wednesday, and I still have not received my order. It is impossible to get hold of anyone via phone, whatsapp chat, email, website live chat. Starting to feel like I got ****med.

Tyrewide.co.za is legit and do their best
I ordered new tyres at a great deal, the tyres arrived as requested (I was a little doubtful). The quality of the product was according to expectations and the service was good. They could improve their service by notifying you when the tyres are dispatched/handed over to their courier partner and include a tracking number to assure the customer of the progress. If the communication was better you would have got the 5 stars

Horrible experience. I made an online order as an emergency cause I’m travelling till today there’s no tyre that has been delivered. Such a horrible experience. That number doesn’t even go through I don’t know whether I’m blocked or what. They online sales are horrible.
