Tygervalley mall fail

Sad state of northern subs mall, esp bathrooms qhwre stickers on doors are a disgrace, soap holders broken off, no soap, messy basins and floors, handblowers missing, taps not working. Often escalators turned off, aircon problems, bus blocking pensioner parking, Even state department offices in Cape town functioning better!!!!
