TurboDirect SA, Passing the buck when it comes to claims!!!!
TurboDirect SA Supp**** me with a brand-new turbo with a manufacturing defect, this resulted in additional cost to remove, repair and refit. Now passing the buck to the manufacturer to recover my additional cost. TurboDirect showed a lack of accountability with this matter, passing the buck does not resolve the issue, maybe its *********** management

Poor quality product
Good day Im Ashley from durban. Clare hills and have purchased a turbo from turbo direct in jhb and had it delivered to our premises in durban and as the fitment began we experienced problems with cheap clamps fitted yet the bolt n nuts stripping while tightening. Service was good but the product itself is poor.will not recommend anyone to purchase there turbo from the outlet.

Poor quality product
Good day Im Ashley from durban. thank you for the good service and the new colt turbo has fixed the oil leak into the intercooler. you have alot of knowledge which helped me alot thank you.

Appalling service and even worse management
This is the biggest mistake i have made in my life to by turbo's from this company, Turbo Direct. After purchasing two Turbo's for my BMW the one proved to be faulty. as per their invoice i returned the turbo in its original packaging within two days to get a new one as the one they gave me was leaking oil. There excuse was that they do not have another turbo to give me and it would take 3 weeks to get a replacement from their supplier. After explaining to them i cant sit without my vehicle for 3 weeks they must refund me to purchase another turbo they said they cant refund me as they have to do a warranty claim. After leaving SEVERAL messages for the Managing Director ,Chris to call me back no response. So i decided to visit them to speak to Chris, but to no avail even after telling them i will wait he was just never available. Needless to say they never even attempted to test the Turbo to give me feedback. i ended up taking them to court to get my money back and they are contesting it. So heads up anybody wanting to use Turbo Direct, I suggest you spend your money where company's actually care for there customers and not rip them off. Absolutely, poor service and appalling management from an MD who runs away from problems instead of looking after his customers.

Shocking Serice and unable to supply
I placed an order for a turbo and paid for the item in full I was promised delivery of the item end of November By mid December I was told that they did not receive my order and offered me a refund, I accepted the offer on the refund as I am unable to wait another month plus for the next shipment to arrive I had then purchesed another Turbo from a European supplier and now Turbodirect SA refuse to refund me even though they are unable to honor their supply commitment

Turbo Direct Excellent Service
Excellent service & after service care. Able to assess my old turbo and found cracks other recon guys couldn't. replaced with new turbo and a great price from them as well. Thanks Chris & his team.

Amazing experience
The knowledge that these people have is unmatched in the industry. Took my car for diagnostics, prepared for a 10 thousand rand turbo replacement, and within 15 minutes diagnostics was done, and a leak was found, clamps replaced and problem solved - thank you Chilli and Chris for the brilliant service - no wonder you guys are as successful as you are.

bad customer service..delayed feedback
Good morning ive been struggling with turbo direct for more than two weeks now on feedback of my turbo..ive been without a car for more than a month and a half because of their bad service..they have been telling me they waiting for feedback...or its either they busy compiling the feedback still..there is always an new excuse..ive been checking up on them..they hardly give me feedback...and my warranty insure africa is not helping at all...I need to call them and they always tell me they will call me back but never do....I need help to sort out this bad service and delay...I'm struggling without my car..need to take out more for transport because I don't have a car...kid needs to get onto a bus where as I use to drop him at school...its extra costs for me....warranty cant even give me a hired car,even tho my warranty has car hire...
