I’d like to take a moment to appreciate Calvin, the driver of the Silverton Bus at 16:00 to town. He is truly one of the best, and I sincerely hope he receives the recognition he deserves. Calvin is always on time and communicates proactively when there are any changes affecting the trip. His professionalism, reliability, and excellent time management make every ride feel safe and dependable. A special mention as well to the West Park 2 driver at 16:40, who is also very reliable and genuinely cares about his passengers just as much. Your dedication and care do not go unnoticed. I really wish other bus drivers could learn from these gentlemen’s level of proactivity and commitment to passengers. Big ups to you two! Keep up the amazing work. 👏

Female driver for Bus 398 from Town to Eersterust, East Lynne 2 bus is horrible. Reckless, negative attitude and never answers any questions. It was my first time boarding the bus and wanted to know if the bus was going to my area and she started driving off recklessly while I was asking without replying. I was with my daughter and we nearly fell on the ground. We have had to walk 30 minutes because it was a wrong bus. Time was 17h30 - 18h00.

I would like to take this moment to acknowledge the bus driver for Doornport 1&2 that picks up kids at Capital park bus stop around 14h00.His customer service is out of this world the way he speaks to the kids and acknowledge each one of them is so amazing. He is so patient and passionate about his work and the kids are crazy about him. My son always talks about him and loves him so much, after seeing him interacting with him I totally understand why. I wish I took his name cause he deserve to be acknowledged in the highest platform hence hello Peter. .

A reyeng driver service horror, this morning I was Rivonia station around 7am bus 210 came and I asked where it was going to and he started arguing with the securities to check the name but the was no name and they told him, I also checked and there was nothing so I pleaded with him to please tell me so I don't get onto the wrong bus again and he shouted at me and close the door and drove off left me stranded there, I called his supervisor at the deport to report this matter and still awaiting for feedback and very frustrated at the ill manner of service we keep getting at this company over and over again, I still have another complaint with them that was never resolved, this driver keeps abusing us the passengers and no contability is been given to them, it is very sad that this experience escalates daily and we have no choice fir other means of transport, this needs to be addressed urgently please, coz our jobs are at risks by late coming and full of excuses

I did my bus card at Sammy Marks yesterday morning and loaded my card so that I could use it today when I stepped into the bus to tap my card there was an error message and I couldn't get on the bus and had to make other means to get to work. It seems like my card was not properly registered, of which caused such an inconvenience for me. I am so disappointed in this system and someone needs to be accountable for this😡

Their operating hours at Sammymarks are 8am-4pm but they close around 2:30pm by 15:15 they have locked and already on their way home.I think we need new staff members who want to work...i mean why put up false operating hours? This is really an inconvenience to some of us 😡😡😡
