Substandard products and non-existent customer service

Poor quality equipment and zero customer service when you attempt to fix it yourself. We have been trying to get assistance for more than a year with no response from them. Major components are plastic, when it breaks you cannot get hold of them to service or replace. Would not recommend anyone buying their equipment.
