Disgruntled customer
Never will I recommend this company to anyone as they want to tell you about policy states this, But nowhere does it state anywhere how their business operates. You get the shock of your life when you wasted petrol by going to the business. Eugene, you are unprofessional, and you have a lot to learn when it comes to people skills.

TREK-A-TRAILER Ravenmead - Poor service
Poor customer service, owner/manager thinks he can speak to you like a little child. Goes on about a sparewheel that is not even roadworthy, with the wires already sticking out. They should learn to mount the wheels of the trailers where it should be instead of giving you a lose wheel everytime which you have to load and offload wherever you go. He still got alot of learning to do where it comes to customer service.
