Inconsistent, quality would make an Italian mama cry
Products are the most inconsistent I've ever come across. Coffee is made differently even if you order the same version each day. Baked goods use cheap ingredients (margarine?) that stick to your palate, chocolate is just sweet brown stuff that contains no cocoa in my view. Pastries are often stale, sometimes inedible.

Disheartening
Manager is so rude Coffee first one was good ordered a second cartodo no foam asked for it to be done properly the manager poured it into another cup and added foam it was disgusting. Manager screams at staff infront of patrons. Waitress absolutely amazing
