I have logged a disputes since the 13th of April 2026 and submitted ALL supporting evidence as required on the same day but up until now they are not able to close it dispite having a turn around time of 20 workings and we are now well over the 20 workings days.

Each time I call they tell me that there was a delay from their end and they are escalating the issue but nothing happens.

my credit score doesnt reflect because of this and I am literally blocked from the credit market.

funny enough I am a sbscribed member and they have just lost one member.
