Complaint

I’ve had a horrible experience,waited 2hrs for the bus and received zero communication from the company. The bus was supposed to arrive at 10:40 pm but hours passed with zero communication from them. Wouldn’t recommend this bus to anyone. It should be cancelled cause wow. They are so unprofessional.
