TPN not upholding blacklisting
I had a tenant who didnt pay for many months and racked up over R50K rent. I followed all the TPN letters and timelines for eviction. He was removed from my premises and blacklisted on TPN. A few months later the tenant sent a letter stating the blacklisting was against the wrong entity. I submitted all lease agreement with the correct entity names as well as all outstading payment proof. They did not ask Tenat to submit any proof of payment etc. TPN ruled in the Blacklisted tenants favour to lift the blacklisting. Why bother with TPN services if they simply allow unsupecting landlords to sign leases with tenants who were blacklisted. Avoid TPN as i believe this is not ethical behaviour

TPN wrongly place a black mark for rent that was paid on time
TPN Systems / Properties have posted on my credit record that I am in arrears for my Sept Rental. I now have a black mark against my record and have been defamed as my rent was paid on time. I have queried this but have been unable to talk to anyone as the telephone number give for me to contact them, 031 0351871 says the subscriber is unavailable. What is the point of a contact number that does not work unless it is to keep complainants from accessing staff. With any system which actually impacts seriously with people's reputations and their credit ability there must be checks and balances. At no time did TPN check with the landlord, the real estate agent or my self if the rent had been paid and what the situation was. They simply and wrongfully put a black mark against my name. They have now, after an e mail complaint, sent me an sms rectifying and confirming my rent was paid on time . That is insufficient and I need to know how this happened, what is being done to ensure this does not happen again and more importantly what action has been taken against the person who posted an incorrect report that has defamed me.

Unlimited Report Kit - REALLY? 🤣🤣🤣
I subscribed to TPN unlimited monthly reports @ a monthly fee. All of a sudden I cannot access my unlimited reports and is expected to pay for the reports I request. When enquiring, Shannon Nel gave me the excuse that my service got interrupted because I reached a credit limit of R 1 500,00. How on earth, I have a monthly subscribrition which is paid in advance to receive access to inlimited reports for the full month, now my services get interrupted halfway due to the incompetance of TPN. Since the dtaffs incompetence to resolve the matter I have no other option but tk cancel my suscription with them and warn the public out there. Please also do not even try to phone then as you will be transfered to a non existant operator as the phones never git answered. I tried to reach Shannan since 10h00 yesterday all day long with no anwer. I eventually got though to Lesley, Shanons teamleader, who promised to look into matter and get the "Director" , to get back to me, but clearly she just wanted to get red of me. I hope TPN in future will have a look at the competency of their staff as it is going to cost them to loose a lot of clients. If you want to safe yoursekf from a trip to HELL, do not engage with TPN in any way.

Inappropriate deceit
TPN report discloses incorrect income from occupant procured by Midcity not verified to date signed off by their FFC also TPN has not verified since led to non rental payments due to incorrect vetting which is misleading and inappropriate deceit owner unable to render unto tender. Upon calling to verify and rectify being kicked from pillar to post and being threatened despite obvious visible breach.

No Maitenance
This company is a joke and estate agents use it to promote there illegal activities for instance not doing maintenance. They blacklist you for no reason. I stayed in a house renting for last 11 years and the last 3 with tpn that does not care what the agent do. The agent is there customer not you. TPN you are a disgrace.

TPN PROPERTY/ADMINISTRATION/CREDIT BEREAU/SHARKS!!!
If you're a tenant of any type or category of properties, be very, infact extremely CAREFULL to rent through TPN Properties. This company has their own credit bureau and blacklist good tenants unfairly as they are only looking out for some really dishonest property owners who victimize their tenants and stand full-force behind these money hungry wolfes. Try any other property group but think twice before getting cought by these loan-sharks of the property market. Alot of reputable property companies in South Africa will rather do a transunion credit check on tenants, which is a fair and reputable company, used by registered financial institutions and property rental companies such as Chaz Everit, Century 21, Pam Golding, Sotheby's etc and the list goes on. I am convinced that this is the reason why property sharks in South Africa use TPN for their administration services as well as supporting the victimizing property wolf against the victimized tenant sheep. They litterally pry on the poor in this country, helping the rich to get richer and the poor to be victimized by the rich.

LANDLORDS AND TPN
You pay you're levies in full every month just to be listed on TPN by LANDLORD TPN Property Rental Management system. When you call it is always a dispute just to find out the money all of a sudden appears and then your TPN record is updated that you are now all of a sudden GOOD.<br> <br> This is unacceptable that TPN a credit bureau actually are also a rental management company and left right put you on TPN. Every time a TPN update is done someone pays and TPN charge.<br> <br> This is not only a bad system but also the worst service ever where clients can be listed on TPN at will, due to their faulty systems. Can we put TPN and LANDLORD on ITC OR EXPERIAN or report to ombudsman. TPN should not be a Bureau at all and be reported to the Credit Bureau Ombudsman !!! LANDLORD should stop making excuses and put the blame on clients.
