Unprofessional behavior from the owner

I’m very much disappointed at the owner of the lodge, the lady accused and cornered me to delete a bad review about them that I know nothing about because she suspects me as she had mentioned I was the only female in her lodge!. I had complained to the receptionist about the network as the television was not playing and the was no network not knowing a few hours later I will be cornered and accused/ threatened by the owner, and obviously I had to leave because I felt unwelcome. The approach was unprofessional and unnecessary, I believe if things are raised in your business you fix it not go around accusing and threatening guests because of suspicious,
