I became a customer of theirs not too long ago. Apart from a few incidents, things have been pretty good. My rating is neutral for now; I can give it a maximum of 3 stars.

Awful
We used Argus for years! They then got instructions completely wrong. This cost us a bit. With further investigation we opened an account with Fedex. WOW, like 30% of Argus costs. I could give an extra star for the bad service which helped us better understand the cost difference, but no! Awful experience.

We used Argus for years! They then got instructions completely wrong. This cost us a bit. With further investigation we opened an account with Fedex. WOW, like 30% of Argus costs. I could give an extra star for the bad service which helped us better understand the cost difference, but no! Awful experience.

Teriible Service - Time Freight
I paid for a fridge, Makro online, received a reference number the same day (Friday 28 Jan 2022.) Makro confirmed item is with Time Freight the same day. And I know the delivery policy is 2 – 5 days. Called Makro 0860600999 to ask for an update as well as the courier company, which is Time Freigt. Well, their telephone 021-5275400 “does not exist” as well as their WhatsApp nr 0811248221 and they don’t respond to my Facebook Message left an hour ago. Terrible service which I have no control over. My hands are tied.
