They want to exploit me of my commission claiming it's for SARS

08 Jan 2026, 08:25My issue is still not resolved. These guys are sending me from pillar to post and I am only dealing with the support team via email. Today they will be taking 40% of my earnings by force claiming it's the authorities from SARS.
Below is the conversation I had with customer service that told me about the 4000 rands I need to deposit

The tax authorities have connected to our financial system. You need to deposit 4,000 Rand into your shopping mall account. The system will automatically deduct the tax for you
Please contact me when you are ready
If you fail to pay your personal income tax within 48 hours, the tax authorities will impose a hefty penalty of 40% of your withdrawn funds!"
