Best oil painting class in Southern Africa. Hentiesbay
The best oil painting class in Namibia. Thank you teacher Heila. You are the best!! Every class is a feast. We learn so much and in a fun way. Definitely the best art teacher one can ask for. Oil painting made easy by Heila. Never thought I would be able to do oil paintings.

Do not use Tiaan van Schalkwyk
Please do not EVER make use of him. Got quotes for a building project. He gave us a competitive quote. We got quite a few references as well. After he started, he kept on referring to the bricks as "banana bricks" and said thats the reason the braai walls he built was all scew. He didn't know how to clean the cement between the bricks. We paid him for a garage door which never showed up. He "bought" 500 bricks from is to use at a different site - never saw the money or bricks again. We bought corrigated iron sheets for a roof, but he gave us the incorrect sizes, so again he said he'll exchange it, and again no money or new sheets. Everything he touched we had to redo. He disappeared from site for about a month. We eventually got hold of his mother to try and find out what is going on. Even she was shocked with the quality of work he delivered. Then he has the audacity to threaten us with a law suite if we ever dare name and shame him. He now does paintwork under a new company name. Please please please do not make use of him!

Multi Construction
Tiaan van Schalkwyk , owner of Multi Construction was recommended to install cameras at my home. Tiaan van Schalkwyk quoted me R1500 to Reprogram my Remotes as well as R500.00 for a Permit and R6000 in respect of Cameras. I paid him the following as a Matter of Urgency 25/10/2021 R4000.00 ; 27/10/2021 R2000.00 and 28/10/2021 R1500.00 before he could even place the Order at his Supplier. We have made changes to the Cameras. The date of Installation kept "moving" with the one excuse and Appointments were not kept. It got to a stage where we requested our monies back.We even started a Whatsapp Group on 03/11/2021 to have Paperwork for Record Purposes. 15 November 2021: No refund, only empty promises.... Does any one know whether he is indeed a Registered Installer? Be careful to use any Recommendation, even from someone you trust. Security is a very sensitive issue in the world we are living in. I feel that my security has been further compromised.

Be warned about using Tiaan van Schalkwyk trading as Multi Construction. He is not a qualified builder and he takes deposits and makes false promises. He drags things out. Happy to take your money but doesn’t follow through. Don’t use him.
