MY SECOND HOME
Excellent Service and a Memorable Stay at Villa Manor Spar – Hotel & Self-Catering From the moment I arrived at Villa Manor Spar – Hotel and Self-Catering, I was blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this place truly offers the best of both worlds – hotel comfort with the flexibility of self-catering. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality. Every request was handled with care, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It's rare to find such a perfect balance of quality, convenience, and warmth. Absolutely disgusted in The Villa Manor and Spa
I emailed the day spa for a booking for my anniversary in April. According to the website it doesn't say anything about prices changing due to seasonal change etc. In fact I wouldn't have minded, I just told the person I was chatting to on watsapp that it should be mentioned on the website to be fair on their customers who are booking. Especially on the packages they are advertising. I assume he is the owner, as his response to me was that he wishes not to have me on his property. I was so shocked about his disregard and terrible attitude over a watsapp just because of a simple statement I made. I've never even experienced a person in business respond is such an unprofessional manner. I wonder how he treats his guests or staff if this was just a query online, I can't imagine how he would respond if you are on-site and unhappy about something. Absolutely disgusted, he doesn't understand the power of word of mouth

HORRIBLE PLACE TO VISIT , RUDE OWNER , SCAMMERS
THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE , COMMUNICATION IS VERY BAD , THEY ARE SCAMMERS WATCH OUT , THEY BOOKED FOR 2 UDULTS AND 4 KINDLY A TWO BEDROOM APARTMET AS WELL AS A B AND B ECONOMY OF WHICH THIS WAS NEVER EXPLAINED THE BOOKING WAS MADE IN OCTOBER AFTER BOOKING .COM CANCELLED I CALLED IN AND SPOKE TO BLESSING AND CONFIRMED HOW MANY PEOPLE WE ARE AND , AND CONFIRMED I MADE THE RIGHT BOOKING ONLY ON ARRIVAL AFTER PAYING WE WERE TOLD THAT ACTUALLY WE WILL BE SEPARATED FROM THE KIDS HONESTLY !!!! Scam villa and day spa
Bad management, poor reception communication, no accountability for their errors. Due to poor communication we missed our "game drive" event. No backup power generator Inaccurate room allocation Limited beverage supply. Then the owner ran away with sudden illness to the hospital after saying he would investigate our issue. But he can respond to the Google review from the hospital
