Maev is good customer service agent and the Metershack seem to have improved

Over the years, I have experienced ongoing difficulties with Metershack, particularly with what I found to be excessively high billing and queries that were not handled in a professional or efficient manner. As someone who is not very technically inclined, it has often been challenging for me to reach out and effectively communicate my concerns. However, I am pleased to note that there has been a significant improvement. Today, I sent a WhatsApp message that was somewhat vague, as I struggled to clearly articulate my query. Despite this, Maev, a customer service agent, took the time to patiently engage with me until he fully understood the issue. I sincerely appreciate the effort he made to explain the matter in a way that I could understand, as well as his professionalism and patience throughout the interaction. My query was successfully resolved, and I am satisfied with the outcome. Maev’s service reflects a notable improvement in the overall customer experience at Metershack.
