Booked and paid for an all Inclusive package at our holiday in Mauritius only to be told at the hotel that we are only on Full Board and drinks not included in package ,Candace from the holiday factory has misled and inconvenienced us as a family ,what was supposed to be happy occasion which was my husbands birthday has now put us through unnecessary stress and has now put me on unnecessary financial stress.
