I was ****med months ago many times, I even tried to get in contact with an agent and I didn't really find any help. Even though I can't do anything about it, I even uninstalled the because of the ****s. That was the worst part and trying to get help was not even worth it. I even tried mailing them a message, unfortunately there was no response.

The worst messaging platform EVER!
Telegram is the worst platform to use. There is no support when your account is compromised! You keep sending mails but no response! I will be sharing my experience with Telegram.

Hacked Again
Extremely Disappointed I received the code via email to access my account after months of waiting, managed to log in, and immediately changed every security setting on my account—password, recovery options, two-factor authentication, the works. Not even five minutes later, the account was hacked again. This is unacceptable. It feels like a complete joke. How is this even possible after taking all the right steps?

I can't access my account and i have all my grade 12 classes and lessons on there i am highly disappointed in the fact that i have to pay R26.99 to get a verification code.

Telegram Support – Disappointed by Lack of Action
My account was hacked and I’ve tried multiple times to get help from Telegram Support, but I’ve received no response. The verification codes are being sent to a device I don’t control, and the hacker is using my account to contact people with **** Bitcoin offers. This has caused serious disruption, and it’s frustrating that Telegram hasn’t acknowledged the issue or taken any steps to resolve it.
