She is incompetent and rude and doesn't deliver after receiving money.
I ordered and paid for 11 sets of blue PJs in August 2021 and received my PJs in December 2021 and they were not complete and totally not right sizes so I told the owner Thendo Edna about her mistakes and she said she will collect them since well she will be coming this side of Pretoria and her business is in Johannesburg Marshall which she never did, I called her n she lied by being nearer which I was willing to come to where she was until she no longer answered her phone or reply to my WhatsApp messages. Then I was stucked with PJs until March 2022 I took my car with my petrol n went to her workstation, she was out and waited for her and she blatantly ignored me after telling her who I was coz we never met but I bought online. After we reached an agreement that she will fix her mistakes n send them back to me which she never did until I threatened her, she sent her friend with my PJs but some of them were missing and others were half done then I send them back with her friend. Even today I haven't received my all of my PJs, she just ignore me. Please I need help to get my PJs coz I paid her August 2021 and I'm fighting with people that gave me their hard earned money to buy those PJs.

Tees_Luxury_Sleepwear is a FRAUD!!!
Teesluxury failed to deliver exactly what was advertised and upon request for a refund or to re-do the Sleepwear, they decided to ignore our messages even blocked us from commenting on Facebook when we request refund. It is very disappointing the service we have recieved from the above mentioned company/business and if this is how they treat customers, I guess it should be closed. Since July we have been going back and forth struggling with this matter.

Tees_Luxury_Sleepwear is a FRAUD!!!
Teesluxury failed to deliver exactly what was advertised and upon request for a refund or to re-do the Sleepwear, they decided to ignore our messages even blocked us from commenting on Facebook when we request refund. It is very disappointing the service we have recieved from the above mentioned company/business and if this is how they treat customers, I guess it should be closed. Since July we have been going back and forth struggling with this matter.

Bad bad service
I am very much disappointed in this business for not refunding my sister after a bad bad service and she went as far as blocking us on her Facebook page to keep us silent. I highly recommend that people should refrain from purchasing from Tees_luxury_sleepwear

Poor communication after paying, I paid for a kiddies sleepwear in May, promised to get my order within 7days, even today I haven't got my order, when I communicate with them they blocked me.

Bad communication after paying!!!
I ordered 6 pairs of pjamas from tees luxury sleepwear. Sent proof of payment and i was told that i will get my pjamas after 8 days. Ever since i am running around trying to check for my order but all i get is empty promises. I would never advise anyone to order anything from them. They even blocked me. Bad communication after paying!!!!
