PLEASE DONT BUY FROM TECNOTRAIN! I bought a walking pad from Makro branded Tecnotrain TT4 in November, I used the product once a week for a month and then it started making a rattling noise. I oiled the band, loosened it, tightened it, open the front part then noticed the noise was coming from the motor! I logged a return query with Makro eventually 16 January, Makro promised to collect the product 20 January but never came. Everyday I had to call, use my airtime and find out what’s happening and everyday Makro blamed the courier company saying they still waiting on a waybill. Eventually after many calls and messages, the product was collected 4 February. Today, 12 February Makro wants to email me the report Tecnotrain sent them saying the product is not eligible for a return!!! Why are these people not wanting to give MY money back. Tecnotrain said in the report if I had troubleshooted the machine I would have never had to return it. Am I a technician?! Also why don’t I have freedom of choice of not wanting this product anymore because of never in my life wanting to deal with Makro or Tecnotrain ever again! They are the worst and want to ***** their customers !!!!!!! Tecnotrain writes in the report “product rejected as not eligible to resell in its current state”! What current state!! It’s basically new as I hardly used it! And why is it not good enough to resell in current state but good enough to give back to me in current state!!! Please refund my money !!!

Please avoid purchasing from this company! On the first day I received the machine, I encountered an issue with the belt, making it unusable. A technician came the next day and adjusted the belt. However, within three weeks, the motor failed. It was repaired, but a smaller motor was installed. The technician informed me that the motor was smaller and advised I shouldn't use it for more than 20 minutes at a time. When testing the machine, both the technician and I noticed that the belt now runs much slower, even at the same speed setting. As a result, the data displayed on the machine (such as speed, distance, and calories) is inaccurate. I was out of the country in December and unable to call them normally, so I’ve been communicating through WhatsApp. They only reply after about a week and don’t answer my calls. Here are some of the absurd responses I’ve received: - “The technician who visited you is new and doesn’t know the limitations. Ignore everything he told you.” - “We’ve been advised by our technician that you are exceeding the weight limit for the walkpad, so we cannot assist you further.” - “You would as you have breached the product limitations at 110kgs and we have helped you twice thus far. We will not issue you with a refund. Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase and goods to be returned in same original condition. In your case you are simply trying to get out of the machine more than what it offers per weight limitation which is clearly stipulated.” I checked the weight limit before purchasing this machine, and I am within the allowed range, I don’t know how the technician can verify this claim. I’ve also explained that the machine runs slower even when no one is using it. They just try to shift the blame, instead of actually getting the machine checked out. Now all my calls and messages are being ignored, please save yourself from the hassle and avoid this company.

I received my Tecno Train TT4 2024 Walking And Jogging Pad a few days ago. So far the aftersales support has been amazing and I was also happy to find out that the time limit on this model was 1hour compared to the previous model. Technotrain is easily contactable by whatsapp message and seem to be on top of any questions I have on their product. No complaints so far!

I received my Tecno Train TT4 2024 Walking And Jogging Pad a few days ago. So far the aftersales support has been amazing and I was also happy to find out that the time limit on this model was 1hour compared to the previous model. Technotrain is easily contactable by whatsapp message and seem to be on top of any questions I have on their product. No complaints so far!

I purchased a Tecno Train TM2001 Walking Jogging Pad Under Desk Portable Treadmill 2024 Upgraded Mod 1.5hp treadmill (Order number 2165) on 14 May 2024 and have still not received it. They are not responding to my emails. Is there any other way to get a response from someone regarding this order?

I ordered a walking pad from Tecno train. I wasn’t aware it had a 30 min limit on it per workout session. The motor burned out. Tecno train collected and refunded me and turned a bad situation around. Thank you Tecno train.
