Very very bad service

I have a problem with this company, I was under debt review I settled my account and had difficulties with receiving a settlement letter now I have trouble with them updating the fact that my account is paid up. I keep getting messages from a debt collector by the name vertex solutions requesting as payments that have already been made. Another thing is their numbers don't work and they never respond to emails
