Supersonic FFTX R0,02c BOTS

Really frustrating. Been with them for 9 years. In April 2026 prices went to R999. Paid R999. The invoice did not round and charged R999,01. I did not notice and short paid 2c in total. They sent me threatening letter. I paid immediately I was aware. 9 year customer owing 2c. Actually paid when advised , but my WiFi was suspended. Tried to call support all day. Their BOT is useless. As is there support. I will be giving Supersonic 30 days notice terminating. For 8 1/2 years I remained overpaid for 2 months of my monthly sub. The interest they benefitted was more than the 2c for which they shut me down. Michael. Contactable by email only. Good riddance.
