Horrible service

Logged a ticket on the 27th of April '26, for my router restarting every few minutes, making it impossible to do anything online, received mo response, I followed up on the 29th, nothing, then again this morning 4 May.

lady tells me, she can see on system that my router keeps restarting, and my ticket has been sitting with technical team, with no one doing anything about it.

Soon as I reach 12 months, I'm canceling and returning their stuff.
