A very safe, exemplary bakery in Pietermaritzberg to try!
I rate Sunshine Bakery very highly both in production and personal hygiene of the staff and enforcing those quotas. The plant is kept in a clean and hygienic state, and the handling of the bread is very hygienic and professionally done as well. l worked in a number of bread producing plants when I was a teen myself, and l find Sunshine Bakery to be right at the top with the very best that I have seen in KZN.

Risky Foods
I bought a bread in a Local tuckshop(EL shadia) here in New Hanover, inside this bread I saw a black substance in two of the slices right in the middle and I returned the bread. The tuckshop owner took the bread and giveth another one and apologize, but I lay this complaint because I want Sunshine bakery to be held accountable for this, as the bread is to be returned to the bakery i want to know what substance was this. How did it get in the bread ... how sure the the society be of the food we buy in tuckshops with the fortified for better health sticker yet we find suck things. I have a picture.
