Sunset CT Projects STAY AWAY if you hear the name Ravi
We had a patio cover erected by this company and 2 days after completion the problems started. It was never waterproof....which was the main reason. We were given the runaround, excuses, meetings were never honoured etc. I paid axyra to replace a sheet that they did a quick fix on. Then after emailing them I got the "Covid Excuse" despite them dodging responsibilities for 2 years.

No Customer care and after service
I purchased an aluminium carport from Sunset CT Projects which is claimed to be low maintenance. Just after a year, the structure is rusting, the roof bows in the middle where water collects and remains and one has no access to the "concealed" gutters to clear out debris and leaves. This was reported to their office and they refuse to even investigate what my problem is. They claim they are not responsible for leaves in the gutters and that it is my problem to clear the gutters, even though one cannot access the gutters, even with a hose. They will come out to clear the gutters at a cost of R850? Beware, these guys have no customer care and their product is rubbish.
