Bad Service
We are not getting the services that we are paying for monthly. We went for the weekend away. We did switch on our alarm for the weekend, but we are not at home our alarm did went of on 28 th September 2019and again on 29 th September 2019. Since we installed the latest HYYP app system we can see when the alarm goes off etc. But this morning when I was fed of Secunda security services not phoning us to find out if everything is okay, if not can they sent someone out to check, they did not phone once. I did phone them on 29 th September 2019. Then they told me that I'm not that important now, so I said but I pay your company per month to render your service's to me. I told that I demand service now.
