Dissatisfied and unhappy customer

Last night my alarm kept going off and was only called once and the lady didn't even ask me a security questions. After that it kept going off without the company calling me back i ended switching it off so i can get some sleep.

This is not the first time,i onced them to send a technician who came and didn't solve the problem because every now and then the alarm goes off. I found out months later that i was responsible for payment which i did but for what, when the issue is still persistent. Are we even in the hands of this company? The slow response of calling when the alarm goes off is also appauling!
