To whom it may concern I'm an unemployed Father of one daughter and dearly at times on the SRD GRANT RELIEF PROGRAM to set in and produce relief to my STATUS. My problem is at times I include the SRD GRANT RELIEF PROGRAM into my monthly calculation and get disappointed when they don't comply with what they promise to the EDUCATED UNEMPLOYED YOUTH of RSA * I have unanswered appeals stretching back to April 2023 but in their rules and regulations they purely pledge and I quote if an appeal has been successfully received it undergoes 60 to 90 days investigation and resolution. please assist me I have 4 unresolved appeals * April 2023 * April 2026 * January 2024 * May 2026 Not that I don't apply for jobs I do every 2nd or when opportunity arises my environment disadvantage & poor and I am young MAN full of positive expectations for the near future please assist anyone who can hear. yours sincerely Mr Ngalo

I would just like to say that for the past couple of years. . I have been trying to change or update my SRd details on the website and to no help from custom care service it's just been 1 phone call after the next. . 1 email after the next. . no help at all. . Go to the office near me and they too cannot assist. . As a single unemployed mother of 3 kids. . This money actually helped me. . Now what happens? With all that outstanding money that I cannot get? No help from the system at all. .

I'm complaining about the service/ incompetence service from Sassa, last year March I turned 18 tried to apply for R350 system kept saying there's already an active application. Called Sassa March 2025 and was advised that someone used my id and there's a number linked and there'll flag it *****ulent, waited as advised that I must keep trying up to this say can't access anything....today I called spoke to Kanyisa who didn't know what she was doing only kept saying she wants to give me a reference number which I asked what is it for bcoz she hasn't assisted me yet. She only said she's escalating told her everytime I call impeding advised same thing she started being rude when I asked to speak to the Supshe said there's no supervisor and dropped the phone. Right now im not interested with sassa srd I need the issue resolved as I need to apply for nsfas kindly revert with a meaningful feedback

I have registered last year in August, and to date I did not receive any money regarding the SRD grant, I have send emails and tried to phone, but to no avail, I do not know what to do, this whole grant thing is a big ****, there are people benefiting from other people's application thanks to the ******* ANC government

It's the most unreliable source of income for the poor people it either says decline,cancelled and with the decline it says source of income identified which is load of **** because they must be *****ing the money for them self.I am very disappointed in them

I don't know the reason why there is a call centre department for assisting with details updates when there is no turn around service time? i am waiting almost 3 months now for a link. their service is totally ****en unacceptable!

Im having a bad experience with sassa srd since last year i reported some1 changed my srd numbers and the sad part i havent given any1 my details i called sassa the told me to send an email i did that i have been calling sending emails till 2day no help some1 is getting my money i cant change numbers sassa has killed us by allowing people to change their numbers and made more ***** im even thinking sassa people are eating my moneylast month i got an email saying they will send me a link till today nothing im not happy with sassa they not treating us well

This SRD service center is uselless with the whole Social development department. They cant help you with anything all they know is apologizing and some being rude "Senzo" a consultant I spoke to just now telling me "Seems like I need a quick fix" imagine a quick fix just because were unemployed these so called agents think they can speak whatsover with me. I have been approved since Novemver 2023 till today I have not recieved any of the so called social relief grant.few weeks to go it is elections clearly the voting polls will be filled with us unemployed youth and we know that our current goverment doesnt care about us.
