Horrible customer service
I placed an order(#1101) on 26/11/2022 and the parcel was delivered on 06/12/2022 but the jerseys delivered are not what I ordered. I ordered the Orlando Pirates 21/22 Home kit jersey that has a round neck, all black with white stripes on the shoulders and has prints of the pirates skull and bones together with the away blue kit jersey not what was to sent me. I have been sending emails for 2 days now with no reply and what's worse is they don't even have a contact number for you to speak to someone. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Never again, I have learned my lesson! A whole R1200 wasted.
