Did you know that if you buy a Swarovisky

I bought a Swarovsky bangle from Spilhaus. All I want is to have the clasp repaired. Did you know they do not have a facility to repair jewellery. If it's still under warranty, they will replace it and if it no longer is available but you really like it TOUGH LUCK. All they'll do is replace, no facility what so ever to repair. Their staff's attitude sucks. Their warranty woman refused to speak to me on the phone - her name is Rozz. So I sit with a bangle I really want, it's still under guarantee but NO they can't HELP only replace it with something.
