The shop is in Sandton city, They closed at 16:45 . The gentlemen Ken took my order and the lady Samantha stopped him from making my order. She claimed that they are closed and then another gentle men arrived at 16:58 pm also wanting to place an order. Again she insisted that she is closed. The sign says that they close at 6pm

<p>Over a week ago, I spent close to R500 on 3 poeple at Soul Souvlaki in Craighall. Not only did they forget my daughter's order, and I had to remind them, but they charged me for food I never ordered. I only noticed this much later and straight away, I sent a message via their Instagram page, with a copy of the receipt. Explaining that I am not angry, but just wanted to bring it to the owner's attention (he was not there on that day). The staff wwere so busy on their phones and eating lolipos, that one has to wonder if the owner is even aware. Numerous Instagram messages and facebook messages later, and also an sms to his cell number, ONE WEEK later, and still no response. <br />you can take your Souvla and shove it where it fits! <br />Horrendous! In every way - the food, and most importantly the SERVICE</p>
