Exceptional service beyond measures!
Thank you for giving my baby girl Murunwa a dignified send off. You are truly amazing and professional. The thought of running around trying to sort paperwork out was not an option for us and you guys went above and beyond to offer ua that peace of mind we needed. I cannot put into words just how incredible the customer service, due care and love is shown by all who I have interacted with at Sonja Smith Elite Funeral Homes. I am in the service industry for business and train customer service. Sonja Smith Elite Funeral Homes - your customer service is exceptional. I called with a query and within two minutes I had a returned call and a solution. When planning my father's celebration of life service, all your staff have gone over and beyond in assisting the whole family making the event something special and most importantly cutting out any unnecessary frustration. GREAT SERVICE RECEIVED FROM SONYA SMIT
We received good service from them when my father-in-law passed away in June 2024. They treated him and our family with respect and dignity. They fetched him from the hospital. They even asked us if it is ok if they came out with him and walked passed us. The staff allowed my mother-in-law and sisters - in -law to sit with him the day before the service. I will recomend them with a smile

I just want to express my sincerest gratitude towards the staff at Sonja Smith Elite Funeral Group (Meyerspark branch). When my father-in-law passed away 2 weeks ago, they were friendly and helpful from the start. They knew exactly what needed to be done and when, and gave us the assurance that what we wanted for him would be possible. They are truly a warm and understanding office and they made us feel as if nothing we asked was out of the ordinary and did everything they could to make his funeral memorable and stress free. This is the kind of service everyone should receive during such an emotional and stressful time - they make everything easy and affordable. Thank you so much Kelvin & Michael Otto!
