Unprofessional service
I am writing this review with deep frustration after dealing with Jurinda Lourens at Solver Property Services. She is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered. From the very first interaction, Jurinda refused to listen to queries. Instead of addressing my concerns, she immediately became rude and defensive. When I tried to explain the situation, she simply dropped the phone on me. This level of poor customer service is unacceptable.
