POOR SERVICE, NO RESULTS & NO ACCOUNTABILITY - AND NOW I'M BEING IGNORED!!!
I paid full fees to this company for zero results. Tamsin Kolbe, the owner of this business - Social Happiness - accepted my mandate, made many promises and took my money but did NOT deliver, despite numerous requests for procedural reviews - which began after just one month of service as warning bells were already ringing then, when none of the promised results (actually, no results at all) had been achieved. At that time, I unambiguously raised my concerns and requested action. However, I experienced GREAT difficulty communicating with Tamsin Kolbe and had to endure endless excuses about why she was unavailable or why she hadn't done as promised or why she knew better. I am writing this review solely because she now refuses to refund my money, despite not giving me what I paid for, which I find grossly unfair; and refuses to communicate with me about this issue despite being granted almost two months to do so and countless attempts from my side to open discussions, and despite an open-ended chance to address my grievances and rectify absent results, leaving me no alternative. I WANT MY MONEY BACK - not some of it, ALL OF IT - and only because I did NOT get what I paid for. This is not unreasonable and I find the conduct of Tamsin Kolbe to be most disappointing and unprofessional.
