My first half month at Hero tel and already problems, they give price and we signed agreement, 13 day into use ad they cut my internet, no call, no email, no warning!!! i called nad they said the amount is more then what they stated as they take money upfront for the next month!! so i paid yesterday afternoon and still waiting to connect , they just dont care about people at all what a useless company!!! they mist come ad removed there **** urgent or ill burn it!! i jave. business to run!!!

Rain is inconsistent and inconsistent of their clientele They move and change payment dates around leaving one with unexplained billings that needs 48 hours to be resolved. 2 months of services provided by them is a miracle. Poor network connection even with an upgrade

So im out of town and received a new phone just before i left. I receive notification that payment is due and i email the accounts department to inform and told them that payment will be in the account by Tuesday. Knowing that on Saturday when i return the banks will be closed and i will have to wait to Monday to sort out my app or online banking as i dont have a verification device to approve payments. Now i receive an email from a Kim telling me no lean way. One would think i joint yesterday. Manager to contact me please before end of day tomorrow. Is this what herotel brought to this proud institution.

Snowball was top notch at the beginning but ever since they switched over to Herotel the service has become poor. Downtime each week especially at month end. Each excuse is that the High Towers at Sonic is faulty. I never signed a contract with either Sonic or Herotel. They do not send out sms's like before when they do Maintenance, they do not phone back to give feedback. My bill is paid every 1st of the month, on time with NO delays but yet there are endless issues. I work from home and this is my bread and butter and cannot do so if the connections are on and off at intervals. I will not recommend them to either family or friends
