SMD did not provide notice that the company is being liquidated

SMD is under liquidation No notice to clients whatsoever. I have my deposit with them as I wanted bid cars I bought 2 cars recently I haven't received the car papers . I've been trying to call SMD no response to email. I finally got ahold of the operations manager and he is now telling me that there is nothing he can do to assist as the company is under liquidation and all their employees contracts has been terminated. We have a buy and sell business how are we supposed to proceed with selling these 2 cars that we bought without the car papers? What is going to happen to our deposit?
