I bought a bed on the 20 April 2026. On the 28th of April 2026 I called and asked them to refund me because the bed was making a loud noise when I sit on it and the mattress was sagging and making a noise if you turn. The mattress was also very uncomfortable. No one called me back. A week later I called 5 days in a row. The manufacturer contacted me and asked me to send videos of myself rolling around on the bed and after I did the called to offer me an exchange. I told them I want a refund, but they sent an email to say the bed is ok so they won't assist me even after admitting there's a noise and offering me an exchange. Its nearly a month and I called the Consumer Ombudsman to investigate. The website clearly says they will refund been 7-14 days and according to the Electronic Transaction Act, they are supposed to give a refund if a customer requests. If you click on it link to see their conditions it shows the page doesn't exist so you can't see anything. They sell items *****ulently and after they take your money, they refuse to assist with after sales. They even **** on the system about the date when the Ombudsman contacted them when I called to resolve.
