Poor Service

Extremely disappointed with Sleepmasters N1 City. It has now been a month since I paid for my goods, and I still have not received my full order. The items are arriving in drips and drabs with no proper communication or updates from the company.

What makes the experience even worse is that I always have to contact them first to find out what is happening. At no point has Sleepmasters proactively contacted me to explain the delays or provide a clear timeline for delivery.

Customer service and communication have been very poor throughout this entire process. Once they have your money, it seems the urgency to assist disappears completely. I would not recommend Sleepmasters based on my experience.
