Lying to patients and withholding proper treatment
I did the RID diet with Dr Mauritz. Only when a friend did the same diet did I realise that he did not give me the required vitamin injections over the 2 month period that I was required to get it, every 2 weeks. I logged a complaint with head office only to be told that they are sorry and I must now, months later go to Parkhurst to get the injections. I live in Lenasia. This meant a 40 minute drive for their fault. Dr Mauritz charged me the same as everyone else yet deliberately failed to give me the service. And it took weeks if not months for them to respond to my query And I was simply told he forgot. I got absolutely no compensation from them. Pathetic for a supposedly reputable business.

Great for sensitive skin
The staff is amazing and makes you feel right at home. They helped me select the correct products for my extremely sensitive skin. Skin Renewal's own range of products works well with sensitive skin as it is fragrance free and very affordable. #BlackFriday
