Savings refund

Am struggling to get a proper response from sizwe hosmed regarding my refund, every time I call their consultants I always give me a different story, when I ask when is my refund due am being told that it’s being processed but don’t know when I will receive it, their waiting period is 4 months which has past and now am being taken from piller to post. They don’t even respond to emails.
