NON RESPONSIVE TL'S AND MANAGERS
I cannot believe that I have copied in all TL's and Managers on numerous email follow-up emails regarding the lack of service consultants regarding accounts for my service provider that I handle accounts for. Even claim statements are still not available!!!!!! It is not acceptable and we are no moving to lodge a formal complaint @ CMS.
