Refund

I’ve placed my order in march 2026, and I recorded it more than 10 days later, I still had to call and ask them when will I receive my order, I loaded a return ticket on the 7/4/2026 because the shoes didn’t fit when I got them, and the shoes were collected on the 22/4/2026, it’s the 25/5/2026 today and I still haven’t gotten my refund, I tried to contact them several times on different platforms and I’m still not getting any response from them….i just don’t know what to do cause I even went as far as commenting under their posts with no luck!!!
