Bad Service refusing refund
My account lapsed last year Feb 2025 due to unemployment So when I get my money in my account they deduct even though the account is no longer active. I tried cancelling the account as they requested but still go into my account and deduct. Now I want my money they hang up their phone or don't pick up . They ignore my massages . They have the worst service

Multiple billed
I am having a bad experience with this services. In two consecutive months my account has been debited twice and despite countless number of calls no action and always promised that my email with my statement has been escalated to the insurance but still nothing. I want my money back and cancel my services.

False information upon joining
I am not happy with one of your partner's Sisonke Burial Society...I joined in October 2024...I had no idea that the waiting period is based on certain age groups because the print out that I recieved stated that all the people I covered have 6 months waiting period and even I sent the print out I received but I am still being referred to the pamphlet which was not properly explained to me how do I cancel and get all the refund since I was told that there is nothing that can be done to resolve this issue.

I am not happy with one of your partner's Sisonke Burial Society...I joined the grocery society in October 2024 and to be honest I was not aware of the difference age trials as that was not explained to me...The print out I received states that my waiting trial for the members covered is 6 months today I tried to claim for my aunt and I was told that her waiting period is 9 months and not 6 months.Even though I sent them the print out they gave me they didn't help me but tell me about their pamphlet I need assistance in knowing how I can cancel the policy and get all my premiums back since I was not given full information.
