Oily food and undercooked potatoes

On May 19, 2026, I ordered four Massaman curries from your Plattekloof branch. As a loyal patron for over four years - to the point where your staff recognize us as regulars - I was incredibly disappointed and upset by the quality of our food.

The meals were noticeably oily, the potatoes were undercooked and hard, and the curry sauce was bright orange, which is far from the usual standard we expect. Interestingly, the restaurant only had about three sit-down customers at the time, meaning the kitchen was not overwhelmed with orders.

Given how poor this experience was, we are hesitant to order from your stores again. I have photographs of the food as proof and would appreciate your feedback on how this will be addressed.
