Bad service from Silva Oaks/ Mailwyze South Africa

I paid the company to advertise four times during June 2019 but no advert was sent out I contacted them and they promised to send the adverts. Nothing happened I contacted them again and two adverts went out and they promised to resent the other adverts but up to date nothing has happened. I am still waiting for two of my reports for the adverts.
