Shutter Cape MD, offensive in communications (poor customer service)

Shutter Cape MD, responded via email to my customer complaint in a rather unprofessional, insulting and crude manner. I'm not happy with Shutter Cape's level of customer service and caution any potential future clients to make the extra effort to follow-up with them to confirm what you are getting and if there are any issues that you should be made aware of - By me not doing this resulted in unforeseen costs that I was liable for. The product they supply is quality but the customer service is poor.
