Unprofessionalism at Showday Properties

I left an enquiry on private property for a property. He sent me a Whatsapp and I asked him to verify which property it was as there are a lot of properties I have enquired about. He was unable to confirm this and said he needs my email address to pre-qualify me. There were also typos in his whatsapp message to me and in the email that was sent to me. This seemed a bit suspicious to me so because there are a lot of ****s out there I called to verify that Showday is real.

Greg was extremely disrespectful to me and even accused me of lying about my name just because I used my first name Simphiwe on the application and not my preferred name (Tumi) which is my third name.

This is extremely unprofessional and I am still in disbelief that someone would talk to a potential client like this.
