This hotel is a huge disappointment.

I cannot believe how cheap and run-down the place is. Listen to this; I stay in a penthouse suite, right? THEY TURN THE AC OFF AT NIGHT TO SAVE MONEY. The AC itself does not actually go off, but cold air stops coming out because it just becomes a fan. It is awful! I cannot believe that in the middle of the summer at a "5 star hotel" they have these terrible cost cutting measures. Also, there is no quality control with the staff. They are all rude, burnt out, and expect tips around every corner.
