Bad customer service

Went into store today at sheet street moruleng mall i was accompanying my sister, we took four face cloths only to realize we had left our bank card with my sisters child in another store. We put the face clothes by the paying point n told the cashier we would be back to pay for them in less than 5 minutes, she gave us such shocking attitude and told us she is knocking off and that we must pay immediately. We just left the store and then came back in less than 5 minutes and she had put our items back to the shelves...we requested that she go fetch them cos we had clearly stated that we are coming back she did that but with so much attitude and back chatting. My sister then told her she doesn't like her attitude, still she continued and even told us we won't do anything to her ..her manager arrived and tried to calm the situation but emotions were already very high. I didn't get the cashiers name but she is tall and light skinned in complexion, they were the only ones on duty her and her manager... After that only to actually find out from other customers that she's always like that very rude and bratty to customers. That lady definitely does not deserve that job and she will make that shop loose more customers cos of her stinky attitude.
